Another Incredible Founders Live Athletes Event Accomplished!
WOW. Just wow.
Our third Super Bowl week event for Founders Live Athletes, and fourth overall, delivered everything we expected and more.
It’s one thing to know NFL legends, Ray Lewis, Patrick Peterson, and Marshall Faulk, will be on our stage, but it’s another thing entirely to actually have them show up and share their uniques perspectives on entrepreneurship to your audience.
And what an audience! Athletes, investors, vendors, dealmakers - so many kinds of entrepreneurs in the house, all with their own enthusiasm and agendas for the evening.
Our pitch competition featured five amazing athletes-turned-entrepreneurs, with Tully Banta Cain emerging as the audience favorite after his exciting pitch for the Beach Football League!
We then hosted a more intimate happy hour at the Hard Rock Cafe on Bourbon Street the next day, helping to seal more relationships and create new ones.
Nick and Luis were in town for seven days, taking in the hospitality of New Orleans, and shooting a bonus episode of Exploring Greatness while they were at it.
The week ended with one more insane highlight: a visit inside the Superdome, the site of the previous day’s exciting Super Bowl LIX, where we captured some special footage in the champion Eagles’ endzone.
