Center Stage Is Here to Showcase Global Talent on a Global Stage

Founders Live CEO and founder, Nick Hughes, shares why our weekly showcase is so broadly relevant - and fun

A little back story

We created Founders Live to celebrate and showcase creative entrepreneurial talent from around the world.

The beauty of a global community ecosystem is how much we can discover, experience and start to understand so many different cultures and aspects of entrepreneurship.

By the way, this is why I choose to set out on yearly tours around the world to meet undiscovered yet talented entrepreneurs. Realizing this world is so full of amazingly (uniquely) talented people with such different but world-changing visions of a better future drives me each day. It’s awe-inspiring to say the least.

How it comes together

Center Stage was created to bring you as close to the real life Founders Live action as possible - and do that in a way where you are able to join in from the luxury of your own space and time, or place of residence - and still be a part of the fun entertainment.

It’s our way of blending the real physical world with our real virtual community ecosystem.

Some weeks Center Stage brings you founders from North American cities such as Dallas or Minneapolis. Other weeks we showcase amazing entrepreneurs from Southeast Asia, and on other weeks they might be from South America or Africa.

Yet it’s hard to find a city that is as much accustomed to showcasing talent as Nashville, so get ready, because this week we’ll be showcasing five awesome startups from Tennessee, USA, along with our amazing Nashville team.

What to expect this week

I am writing to you from Bandung, Indonesia where I just landed for my second stop on the 2022 Founders Live summer tour. I already have stories and created memories from just my first week in Jakarta, Indonesia, and I cannot wait to share them with you.

During this week’s Center Stage, Luis will interview me on the highlights of travel, my thoughts, and lessons learned thus far on this year’s tour. We’ll have a 15-20 min discussion where I will share some fun stories and lessons learned during my first week in Indonesia. Then we’ll preview the five startups that will be pitching during the Founders Live Nashville event as well as go LIVE to the main event and hear from a few people who are in attendance.

Finally we’ll hand it off to the Nashville team as they start the pitch competition on a beautiful rooftop in downtown Nashville.

You as the audience (no matter where you are in the world) will hold a meaningful part in the event and help determine the winner of the Founders Live Nashville event.

Don’t miss it

So I invite you to come hang out with us, grab a beverage if you like, and help us determine the next great startup to emerge out of Nashville, Tennessee!

Join us Wednesday June 15, 2022 at 6pm Central Time.
